Delivery Information

We currently offer two options for shipping, Standard Delivery and Click & Collect from our site in Walthamstow.

All orders have a standard time frame of being processed within 7 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days during our busier periods of August and September. ‘Working days’ are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Should any items be out of stock for a longer period, you will receive an email informing you of an estimated delivery or collection date.

Click and Collect

This option allows you to collect from our site in Walthamstow during opening hours.

Once your order is ready for collection, a confirmation text will be sent. Please ensure your contact details are up to date.

If the order has not been collected, you will receive a reminder message 14 days after the first confirmation is sent. If the order remains uncollected two weeks after this, all items in the order will be returned to stock. You will receive a credit of the order amount to use online and the original order will be void.

During this period, if you wish to arrange alternative shipping, please contact us via phone or email.

Standard Delivery

Sent via courier, this is at a flat rate of £4.95 for school shop customers and £8.50 + VAT for trade/standard customers. Please note this will only be possible to track if you have an account with us.

Delivery takes 3-5 working days.  Please note that this means 3-5 working days from time of dispatch, not from time of purchase.

A signature is required for all deliveries.
