After placing an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. From there, orders are usually checked and picked the following day and provided all items ordered are in stock, they will either be booked in for standard delivery or the customer will be phoned so that they can collect their order at their convenience.

All prices displayed on our site will include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs will be clearly displayed at the checkout point.
Availability/Out of stock items
Should we happen to be out of stock of a particular item, we will inform you via email or phone if we cannot fulfil the item/s within the standard 3-5 working days. If we can fulfil the order within 7 working days, the whole order will be dispatched together when everything is ready.
For any items out of stock for longer period of time, we will contact you to discuss whether you would like to wait for the item/s, wish to cancel the order or will accept a replacement of a like product.
Click and Collect
Click and Collect is not an instant collection service - all orders placed on a particular day are normally printed and picked during the course of the following day. When all items on your order are packed and ready for collection, a member of our team will contact you by telephone to let you know that your order is ready for collection. It is normal procedure to leave a voicemail if there is no answer. Please ensure you provide us with a correct contact number.
We will hold your order for approximately 2 weeks from the date we inform you by telephone or email that it is ready for collection. If you cannot collect within this time, please contact us to arrange a date that you can collect.
All orders not collected within 1 month will be put back into stock and will be re-picked or refunded when requested.

Products can be returned to the shop - Unit 32, Walthamstow Business Centre, Clifford Road, Walthamstow, London, E17 4SX, for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase in its original packaging/labels and in a re-saleable condition. Undergarments such as socks and tights that have been tried on will be non returnable/refundable.
If returning by post, please ensure the goods are securely packaged, they remain your responsibility until they reach us. Please complete the returns form. You are responsible for the postage costs of returning the goods to us.
Please make sure you include the dispatch note you received with your order as proof of purchase.
We will issue a refund or exchange on receipt of returned items with a valid proof of purchase and in a re-saleable, unworn condition. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original purchase. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
